The story is one of New England's most beloved. Miles Standish, the bold captain of Plymouth Colony, was too shy to court the woman he loved. So he sent his friend John Alden — young, eloquent, and secretly smitten himself — to speak on his behalf. Priscilla saw right through it. With those seven words, she changed the course of history, and John and Priscilla became Plymouth's greatest love story.

These two stones were found together on the shores of Plymouth, Massachusetts — America's Hometown — and like John and Priscilla, they are better together than apart.
