All sales are final. Due to the natural and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each stone sold by New England Nova is a unique, naturally formed piece gathered from the shores of Plymouth, Massachusetts. Natural variations in size, shape, color, and pattern are inherent to all natural stone products and are not considered defects.

We carefully hand-select and describe each item to ensure you know exactly what you're receiving. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
