The Cookies — Warm buff and tan New England granite, scattered through with dark chips of biotite mica and hornblende — nature's version of chocolate pressed into dough. These are likely granodiorite, one of the foundational stones of coastal New England, formed deep in the earth and carried to the shore by glaciers. The dark flecks catch the light. The warm tones feel like something baked. They are perfect.
The Stackables — Five flat granite pieces, hand-selected for their natural tabular shape — wave-worn smooth and sized to balance. Stack them into a cairn, build your own coastal zen, or arrange them on a plate and leave them out for guests. Nobody will know until they reach for one. That's the point.
